Quote of the Day

From today's proofreading project:

Sober bouncers serve a "vital" function of preventing the intoxicated beautiful people from succumbing to the advances of the riffraff.

Presumably, the sober bouncers need not concern themselves with the intoxicated beautiful people succumbing to the advances of other pulchritudinous drunks.

    I've got to think most bouncers are hopped up on something or another. Might just not be what they're serving over the counter inside.
