Also on same album (Low): "Breaking Glass." The entire album, in fact, is great.
My Bowie knowledge is limited, unfortunately, although "Aladdin Sane" is one of my favorite albums. Great memory from when I was about 16 years old was being in a bar about half a block off Washington Square around midnight drinking Bass Ale on tap and listening to the entertainment break into "Panic in Detroit" on a 12-string guitar. Ah, to be a teenager in NYC in the '70s. I think if there was any evidence of pubescence whatsoever, you could get served.
Hey, you just gave me an idea for yet another request from St. Peter: When I hit the pearly gates, I want to be ushered toot suit over to CBGB circa 1977, right next to Debbie Harry and Iggy Pop.
