You know, another solution I have been discussing with My People is to take La Revolucion and the SWAG to Costa Rica and invade some beaches. I'm not sure, though, what the roads are like and if we can get the El Caminos there safely without breaking the axles. Huh.

We went to Costa Rica in '87 for our honeymoon. Paradise. Went back there in '94. Paradise destroyed. I'm thinking Yemen, if I can just banish the last 5000 years of my ancestry. The beaches look very nice.

Dude! (head thunk, Italian-style) YEMEN! A Republic with a bicameral legislature, beaches, and a dry heat. Only problem: can't drive the El C over there. Hmmm . . .

famous family story: in high school my brother once participated in one of those Mock United Nations deals. our school drew Yemen to represent. My brother and his cronies locked one of the Israeli representatives in a bathroom so s/he couldn't participate. there's a real-world experience for you.
